My magazine research

I first started my research using Pinterest, I typed in magazine in the search box first, then I typed in magazine covers into google and using the pin it button I added them to my pinterest board.

I alos looked at magazines I already owned and as you can see I own quite a lot of magazines. All the magazines were based on fashion, beauty, gossip or health which is what I want to base my magazine on. Apart from health.

I edited these pictures on Picnik boosting the colours and changing the eye and hair colours on some, I will use one of these as my cover photos. And also include some in my double page spread.

I found thinking up cover lines quite easy. This is because my magazine is for fashion, beauty, advice and gossip. So there are a lot varieties of cover lines I can include on my cover.
